The family has interests in Finance, Construction, Warehousing, Real-Estate and is also involved in various CSR initiatives. The group with its construction business has ventured out of south India into the western part India in the past 10 years.
The ADWITIYA group and their Chairman SHRI UTTAM CHORDIA draw immense inspiration from his grandfather Late PADMA SHRI MOHANMULLJI CHORDIA, who was honored in 1972 with the “PADMA SHRI” by GOVT OF INDIA for his philanthropic contribution to society, subsequently in 1974 he was honored by a doctorate degree and 1976 the GOVT OF TAMILNADU given the prominent citizenship of Chennai for his social and philanthropic work.

With over 40 years of business experience, he has wide knowledge of operations and administration. He is a source of guidance and inspiration to the organization.

MR. VINAY CHORDIA holds an M.B.A degree in International Business and Finance from George Washington University, USA. Is involved full time in the operations of the company, and is keen to expand the construction operations pan India. He is ably assisted by an experienced and able technical and management team.
